Preliminary Report

The DAP's Preliminary Statement of Conditions, Challenges and Opportunities will present the findings of the baseline analysis, along with input gathered from stakeholder meetings, the community survey, and via this Web site. This will serve as a discussion draft for further community dialogue in fall 2007.

Town Hall Meeting and Stakeholder Interviews

The Twon Hall Meeting will be a half-day workshop, open to the broader community, that presents the initial findings and solicits input on overall goals, objectives, strategies, and priorities. This meeting, along with a second round of stakeholder interviews, will provide input used to refine the preliminary report into the final DAP Phase One Report: The Action Plan.
